소피아: 제이크, 네가 방금 한 말이 농담이 아니었으면 좋겠어.	Jake, I really hope what you just said wasn’t a joke.
제이크: 농담 아니야. 넌 정말 대단한 프레젠테이션을 했다고 생각해.	It’s not a joke. I genuinely think your presentation was amazing.
소피아: (웃으며) 아, 그런 거였구나. 근데 약간 비꼬는 느낌이었어.	Oh, I see. But it kind of sounded sarcastic.
제이크: 절대 아니야! 그건 진짜 칭찬이었어. 그렇게 받아들여봐.	Not at all! That was a real compliment. Think of it as one.
소피아: 좋아, 그럼 내가 진심으로 받아들일게. 고마워, 제이크.	Alright, I’ll take it as sincere then. Thanks.
제이크: 천만에. 그리고 다음번엔 발표하는 거 좀 덜 완벽하게 해줘. 너무 잘해서 부담돼.	You’re welcome. And next time, maybe tone it down a bit. Your presentation was so good, it’s intimidating.
소피아: (웃으며) 그런 말이 진짜 칭찬으로 들릴지는 모르겠지만, 고마워!	I’m not sure if that’s really a compliment, but thanks!
제이크: 내 의도는 항상 순수하다는 거 잊지 마.	Just remember, my intentions are always pure.
