DAY 049 Transferring twice feels like a huge hassle.

 

 

Sarah: 마이크네 집에 가는 거 어떻게 가는지 지도 어플로 찾아볼까?	Let me check the map app for directions to Mike's place.
Alex: 어디 보자... 어머, Union Station에서도 갈아타고 Jefferson Square에서도 갈아타야 돼?	Let's see... oh wow, you have to transfer at Union Station AND Jefferson Square?
Sarah: 응, 두 번이나 환승하는 건 진짜 귀찮다. 다들 벌써 도착했을 것 같은데.	Yeah, transferring twice feels like a huge hassle. Everyone's probably there already.
Alex: 더 나은 방법이 있을 거야. 직통으로 가는 노선은 없나?	There's got to be a better way. Maybe we can find a direct line to his new place?
Sarah: 그러면 좋겠다. 파티에 너무 늦게 가고 싶진 않아.	I hope so. I don't want to be super late to the party.
Alex: 아, 잠깐만 - 블루 라인은 어때? 15분 정도 더 걸리긴 하지만...	Oh wait - what about taking the blue line? It might take 15 minutes longer, but...
Sarah: 근데 환승은 한 번이지? 그게 훨씬 낫겠다.	But only one transfer, right? That sounds way better.
Alex: 맞아! 게다가 블루 라인이 배차 간격도 더 짧아. 이 경로로 보내줄까?	Exactly! And the blue line runs more frequently anyway. Want me to send you this route?
Sarah: 응, 부탁해! 정말 고마워. 여러 번 갈아타는 것보다 조금 더 가는 게 낫지.	Yes, please! You're a lifesaver. I'd rather have a longer ride than deal with multiple transfers.
Alex: 천만에! 그리고 Mike가 자기 집이 Central Station에서 두 블록만 가면 된대 - 찾기 쉬울 거야.	No problem! And hey, Mike said his place is just two blocks from Central Station - can't miss it.
