DAY 029 I can’t really get used to the smell.

 

 

케이트: 잭, 이거 맛있다고 해서 먹어보려고 했는데…	I wanted to try this because people said it’s good...
잭: 왜? 안 맞아?	Why? Not a fan?
케이트: 음, 솔직히 냄새에 익숙해지질 못하겠어.	Well, I can’t really get used to the smell.
잭: 아, 이 음식 향이 좀 강하긴 하지. 처음엔 나도 그랬어.	Oh, yeah, the scent is pretty strong. I felt the same way at first.
케이트: 그렇구나. 근데 먹어보면 맛은 괜찮은데 냄새가 계속 신경 쓰여.	I see. It tastes fine, but the smell still bothers me.
잭: 시간 지나면 익숙해질 거야. 몇 번 더 먹어 보면 괜찮아질 걸.	You’ll get used to it over time. Try it a few more times, and it won’t feel as bad.
케이트: 음… 그래도 아직은 좀 힘드네.	Hmm… but for now, it’s a bit hard for me.
잭: 괜찮아, 꼭 다 좋아할 필요는 없잖아. 대신 다른 걸 먹자.	That’s okay, you don’t have to love everything. Let’s get something else instead.
케이트: 좋은 생각이야. 덕분에 부담이 덜 되네!	Good idea. Thanks, I feel less pressured now!
